Returns policy

For any standard item, we operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us unopened and in its original condition within 30 days from date of invoice. We will issue either a full refund for the price you paid for the item or a replacement item. 

If the return is due to an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. Please see contact details below for advice.

We regret that we cannot accept the return of items custom-made or altered to your specification unless faulty or damaged.

How to return goods.

To return an item, please notify us first by emailing returns@wmmdesigns.co.uk. We will give you the correct returns address and any special instructions. Please pack the item securely, enclosing your original invoice. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Your Right to Cancel

In addition, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may cancel your order for any reason within seven working days following the day on which you receive the goods. We will only accept goods returned in their original condition. You should notify us first by emailing returns@wmmdesigns.co.uk. Post your original invoice with the securely packaged goods back to us, preferably using Recorded Delivery Service. We will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty or have been delivered by us in error).
