How to Order

1. Select your item(s) of jewellery noting down the product codes

2. Email your order to sales@wmmdesigns.co.uk or call Wendy on 01594 516934 including the following information:

• Product codes giving size and colour preferences where applicable.
• State if you require a pendant without a snake chain.*
• All .925 silver snake chains are 17 inches in length (1.6mm thickness). If you require a longer chain for a necklace, please specify the exact length required.**
• If you require a customised piece, you are welcome to call Wendy to discuss your precise requirements. If you would like to email, please state your requirements in terms of additions, alterations, colour variances or matching pieces. We are always open to your suggestions and requests.
• Preferred method of payment – crossed cheque (made payable to Wendy Murphy) or PayPal.
• Preferred method of postage (see delivery charges for options available)

3. You will be sent a confirmation email detailing exactly what you have ordered, postage rate, total price and address to which to send your cheque. If you are paying by PayPal, you will also be sent a PayPal invoice.

4. Upon receipt and clearance of payment, you will be sent a confirmation email to inform you when your jewellery has been dispatched and estimated date of delivery. Unless Special Delivery has been selected, we cannot guarantee a delivery date. We will obtain a Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail for all parcels sent by First Class Postage.

5. Feedback. It is important to us to know that you have received and are happy with your piece of WMM Designs’ jewellery. We would be delighted to receive any comments and/or feedback you may have, or indeed suggestions for future designs.

*   Pendants without chain are sold at £16 less than quoted product price.
** Chains can be fitted with an extension chain with a .925 silver bead at the end, at a cost of £1.50 per additional inch in length.
