Delivery Information

Each piece of jewellery is delivered to you in a velveteen gift bag. So if you are buying something for a special present you have no need to worry about presentation - we take care of that for you! The gift bag doubles as a method of caring for your silver and minimising the effect of oxidation upon the silver.

Delivery Addresses

Delivery is only to mainland UK addresses. We do not take orders for delivery to International, Republic of Ireland, BFPO, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man or the Scilly Isles addresses.  We reserve the right to change the areas to which we deliver without notice.

Delivery Charges

For orders under £35...

Goods are dispatched using First Class Post at a standard cost of £3.50, regardless of weight or quantity of items. A Certificate of Proof of Postage will be obtained on your behalf. If you require Special Delivery, you will be charged £6.50 - please be sure to state if you require this service at time of ordering.  

For orders of £35 or over...

Goods are dispatched using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service with Royal Mail's guarantee of next-weekday delivery at a standard cost of £6.50, regardless of weight or quantity of items. The Special Delivery Service is insured to cover the value of your goods.

Delivery Timescales?

Please note all products are handmade and made to order. Please allow 7 days for manufacture, though this may well be less. An estimated delivery time will be quoted to you on receipt of your order and payment. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible and you will be notified by email. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed by WMM Designs; Royal Mail offers a guaranteed next-day delivery on items delivered by Special Delivery.
